Why would I hire a virtual assistant?
Because your time is valuable! The more you can delegate your time-consuming tasks, the more time you can focus on your clients!
How do I know if I need a virtual assistant?
Do you have tasks you are ready to delegate to someone else? If so, you’re ready! If you can’t possibly imagine anyone else talking to your clients, updating your EHR, or managing your calendar – you’re probably not ready. And, that’s ok! How do I know if ONYX is the right virtual assistant for me?
You don’t. At least not just by reading a website. Drop me a note using the contact form and let’s get to know each other! We’ll have an insight session, learn a little about each other’s offerings, what you need and what I offer, and we’ll find out if ONYX is the best business bestie for you.
What are your hours?
Live office hours are Monday – Thursday from 10am-5pm ET. Fridays are dedicated to my business needs and weekends are for family + FUN! Although, I do not perform any client work on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, feel free to drop me a note via email and I’ll get back to you first thing Monday morning.
What’s the difference between your hourly rate and hourly packages?
The hourly rate is the same as the hourly package rate – $32.5/hr. The difference is when you invest in an hourly package, those hours are set aside and dedicated specifically to your business on my calendar. I will not offer those hours to any other clients. If you invest in 10 hours, I make sure to dedicate 10 hours to your business needs. Package hours automatically renew at consumption.
Hourly rates are usually a good option for quick “one-off” tasks. You are not guaranteed to receive a dedicated time slot on the calendar. Hourly rate tasks are completed outside any dedicated package hours already reserved on the calendar and subject to availability.
What if I don’t use all my package hours?
I try very hard to use all of your hours every quarter. However, since they are dedicated to your business and I cannot offer them to any other clients, you are billed for their entirety. I have yet to have anyone’s hours expire.
Do you have a minimum hourly package?
Yes, the minimum package is 10 hours.
Can I change my hourly package?
Abso-freaking-lutely! I totally understand your needs may change from time to time and you can downgrade or upgrade as your business needs. Just be aware upgrading will be based on availability as my client base ebbs and flows. Let me know as soon as possible via email if you need to increase or decrease your package.
How do I start working with ONYX?
Use the contact form to drop me a note to get the ball rolling! We’ll get an insight session scheduled, get to know each other, and go over your needs. If we’re a good fit, we’ll send over your custom quote, contract, and initial invoice. Once your initial invoice is paid, we are all set to go!
What is your billing process?
All packages are due upfront at contract signing in order to reserve your hours on the calendar. Your contract will renew when hours are consumed and receive a new invoice for your next block of hours.
What is your payment policy?
Super simple. I send you an invoice. You pay it. Initial invoices are due prior to the start of services. Renewal invoices must be paid in full by the due date. Invoices not paid in full by the due date will result in the ceasing of services until the balance is paid and will begin to incur late fees after 10 days past due.
What is your refund policy?
ONYX does not offer refunds since your hours are secured on the calendar and not purchasable by any other clients.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are entirely responsible for cancelling your ONYX services. I would hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your ONYX services, please do so via email at least 30 days in advance of your termination date. Any hours not used by the termination date will be forfeited. All cancellation requests should be sent to cancellations@onyxadminsolutions.com.
Do you offer long term contracts?
All contracts automatically renew with payment of the next invoice. Long term contracts are not necessary.
