So, you’re probably wondering who is this chick with all these promises to make your life easier?

Well…my name is Adrian – yes, just like in Rocky…

and I have a habit of turning a hot mess into a glorious alphabetized and color-coded masterpiece. I’ve spent the majority of my admin career at small businesses serving management and executives in roles that required me to wear many hats at once.

As an accomplished assistant with 20 years experience in admin roles, and 12 of those reporting directly to Presidents + CEOs, I am resourceful and dedicated to making your daily operations run smoothly.

Throughout my career, I have helped small business owners in various capacities from receptionist to office manager. Working with several small businesses has afforded me the ability to become knowledgable in areas of marketing, copywriting, bookkeeping, project management, web services, and all things admin. I have experience working in construction, recruiting, real estate, web development, retail, and hospitality. Since 2020, I have focused on private practice mental health providers.

ONXY was born out of a passion for organization + automation, and serious hatred for traffic. After being a virtual executive assistant + office manager for 8 years, just the thought of spending an hour or more getting to and from an office on the daily was exhausting. So after a little confidence boost from friends and family, a plan was put into motion. The road to ONYX was long and bumpy with a few detours and a lot of speed bumps, some bigger than others, but here I am all official with a website and all the business things!

  • I’m a huge geek. Like buying Star Wars + Marvel movie tickets for opening night weeks (sometimes months in advance). I may have a growing Baby Yoda collection.
  • Gen-X on Amazon Music is what I’m rocking out to these days.
  • If I could live anywhere in the world it would be beachfront with absolutely 0% chance of hurricanes.
  • My favorite author is John Grisham. Pretty sure he’s the reason I wanted to be a lawyer when I grew up.
  • My guilty pleasure is musicals. Grease is my fav.
  • I love all things Disney.
  • I carry a water bottle with me everywhere.
  • I love a good chilled moscato.
  • I cannot live without my planner.
  • I love yoga even though I’m not very good at it. And I try really hard to love running.
  • My friends will tell you I’m a very Type A, overachiever, organized AF, no sugar coating kinda gal with badass hair and a potty mouth.
